BRIEF HISTORY

PT Petrokimia Gresik is the most complete fertilizer company in Indonesia, that was initially established under the name 'Project of Petrokimia Surabaya'.

The construction agreement was mutually signed on August 10^th, 1964 with the effective date on December 8^th, 1964. The project was officially inaugurated by His Excellency The President of The Republic of Indonesia on July 10^th, 1972. Hence the date is ultimately commemorated as the anniversary of PT Petrokimia Gresik.

PT Petrokimia Gresik has been transformed several times as :

2	Profit Oriented Public Service Company (Persero)
	PP No. 35/1974 jo PP No. 14/1975
3	Member of Holding PT Pusri
	PP No. 28/1997

PT Petrokimia gresik having principle place of business at covering area of land around 450 hectares, located in Gresik Regency, East Java, Indonesia.

 

SEJARAH SINGKAT

PT Petrokimia Gresik merupakan pabrik pupuk terlengkap di Indonesia, yang pada awal berdirinya disebut Proyek Petrokimia Surabaya.

Kontrak pembangunannya ditandatangani pada tanggal 10 Agustus 1964, dan mulai berlaku pada tanggal 8 Desember 1964. Proyek ini diresmikan oleh Presiden Republik Indonesia pada tanggal 10 Juli 1972, yang kemudian tanggal tersebut ditetapkan sebagai hari jadi PT Petrokimia Gresik.
